The WHAM! 1 mile can be run at ANY time throughout 2020. There are a few ways that you can earn this awesome medal. This is a perfect first race or a race to run with younger runners! either do it all in one go or split it up into smaller distances!
Once you have completed your distance, just revisit the site and upload your evidence using the form on the 'Submit My Evidence' page. You'll then be sent your medal in the post.
