SMASH! 5k Virtual Run
The SMASH! 5k can be run at ANY time throughout 2020. There are a few ways that you can earn this awesome medal. Either, run 5k in one go OR split it up across a certain number of runs OR even claim this as #DoubleBling from a 5k race you are completing throughout the year.
Once you have completed your distance, just revisit the site and upload your evidence using the form on the 'Submit My Evidence' page. You'll then be sent your medal in the post.
As a bonus, we will be sending out a 5k training plan (optional) on the 1st of January to all entrants.
