To earn this awesome medal, all you need to do is run a personally chosen distance (you don't need to tell us) any time in 2019. This can be in one go, or split up into as many smaller distances as you require. Once you have completed your distance, return to the website and upload your evidence, your medal will then be sent to you in the post. (within 4 working days in the UK and up to 4 weeks internationally)
