THE 500 KM CHALLENGE IS BACK!
After the popularity of the last years long distance events we have brought back the 500 KM medal with a comic book twist.
Once you have entered, you have the whole of 2019 to accumulate 500 KM. This can be split up into as many smaller distances as required. We ask that you keep a log of your distances throughout the year and only submit evidence ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE WHOLE DISTANCE.
We are happy to accept an excel sheet of distances or a screen cap of any of the running/tracking apps that show a yearly overview.
